White Bean and Garlic Scapes Dip
Ingredients
- 1 lb. White Beans (1 can)
- Juice from ½ lemon
- About 4 oz. roughly chopped garlic scapes
- 2-3 tsp. olive oil
Directions
Use blender or food processor to combine juice, scapes and olive oil.
Then add the white beans.
Refrigerate.
