Our focus is on producing delicious, 100% maple syrup and grass-fed and finished Hereford Beef. Romney sheep provide lambs and wool, grazing alongside pastured meat chickens and heritage turkeys. We offer beef by the half and quarter as well as USDA processed retail cuts. The farm store is open by appointment and we can be found at summer Farmers’ Markets in Delhi, Walton and Andes.
