- 1 Cup Dark Maple Syrup
- 1 Cup Whole Milk
- 2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 1/2 Cup Walnuts – chopped
- Place the maple syrup in the fridge for two hours.
- Combine the maple syrup, milk and heavy cream and pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
- Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for your machine.
- Add the walnuts during the last 5 minutes of churning.
- Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and place in the freezer for a couple of hours.
