- 1 Cup Dark Maple Syrup
- 1 Cup Whole Milk
- 2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 1/2 Cup Walnuts – chopped
Place the maple syrup in the fridge for two hours.
Combine the maple syrup, milk and heavy cream and pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for your machine.
Add the walnuts during the last 5 minutes of churning.
Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and place in the freezer for a couple of hours.
