Did you know?
You can freeze sweet corn in airtight containers for months on end; you will be able to enjoy fresh and locally grown sweet corn all year round! You can even freeze the entire cob and then just thaw when ready to cook and enjoy!

Brining your sweet corn before grilling will give you the most flavorful corn on the cob you have ever had! Mix together a gallon of water and ¼ cup of salt (you can add other seasonings to your tasting), wait for the salt to dissolve before adding your corn, this is enough for 6 ears of corn. Leave your corn soaking for 30 to 60 minutes but absolutely no longer. Once this is done grill your corn and enjoy the best farm fresh corn ever!
