Don’t waste the seeds after you carve pumpkins! Follow these tips for the perfectly roasted pumpkin seeds:
- Remove the seeds from the pumpkins
- Wash & dry the seeds
- Season the seeds
- Cover the seeds with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper
- Roast the seeds
- Cook the seeds at 350℉ for 12 to 15 minutes, making sure to toss the seeds every 5 minutes
