56th Annual Schoharie County Maple Festival celebrates the completion of the first agricultural harvest of the year – MAPLE SYRUP! Come enjoy all kinds of maple products. Learn about the maple business. Shop crafters and enjoy pancake breakfast or other food truck options. Always the last Saturday of April.
