Maple Syrup Festival and Jeffersonville’s 5K Sap Run

Come learn about NYS local maple syrup, products and how syrup is made! We kick off the day with a 5K Sap Run at 9am that finishes in the park. Eat delicious sausage and pancakes in the park served with fresh local syrup. Many more treats to taste made with maple syrup. Kids can learn to tap a tree plus many more fun activities, live maple candy making demonstration, pancake eating contest, maple photo contest, live music, specialty foods, unique vendors and much more.
