Christine Alexander is a contemporary artist whose life-long fascination with color is reflected in her work. Often whimsical, her paintings are characteristically brightly hued. She paints in watercolor and acrylic, and makes intricate cut-paper collages. Her art has been shown in many solo and group exhibitions, and she teaches art and collage workshops.
Lanny Harrison -performer, visual artist, teacher, poet – has been making collages, paintings, cutouts & costumes for most of her life. Harrison is a founding teacher of WKC’s theater workshops, including Intro to Acting & East Meets West. She also teaches at NYU’s Gallatin School & at Shambhala Meditation Center of NY and is currently working on a mixed-media theater show, ‘Another Nomadic Event’, in collaboration with Steve Clorfeine, Robin Daniels, Christine Alicino, & Wendell Beavers.
Lenny Failla has been actively painting houses for over twenty years, often using cardboard to cover floors and work areas. Failla, a former art teacher, uses the stained and dripped-upon cardboard as a stage for artistic play, adding deliberate strokes, splashes, and found objects.
