Walk the fields and gardens around the West Kortright Centre for an edible tree and plant discovery with our favorite R.N., classically trained herbalist, wild foods forager, and ambassador for the Plant Pioneers movement. Learn skills and techniques for harvesting for nutritional virtues and hear, perhaps for the first time, music of the plants and see their sound frequencies as geometric formations (aka cymatics).
