Over the 3 hours, you’ll make and get to take home short term Miso with handouts on the process of the following three recipes:
1) long-term Miso (dark and salty)
2) short-term Miso (light and sweet)
3)Marguerite’s Healing Miso (Dandelion, Leek, Nettles, Seaweed and Chives Miso).
