Laura is a writer, naturalist and cook, who has been living in Sullivan County since 2009. On her blog, Glutton for Life, she writes about food that is healthy, creative and delicious. Her new venture, The Outside Institute helps people explore the outdoors and connect to the healing and transformative powers of nature through guided hikes, plant walks, field trips and wild feasts.
