Edible Landscaping

Monday, April 13, 2020
10:00 to 11:30

Edible landscaping is the non-traditional placement of food-producing plants in a residential setting. This practice is healthy, sustainable, and a delight for the senses. We will explore the history of growing food at home, modern food movements, and the many edibles that can incorporated into your landscape on a large or small scale. The class will be facilitated by horticulture educator Carla Crim, who has been “foodscaping” for almost two decades in various rural, urban, and suburban settings. Space is limited, so register soon! To register, click on “get tickets” or follow this link: https://reg.cce.cornell.edu/ediblelandscaping_212
