1th Annual Maple Open House

Come see how maple hot sauce, syrup, cotton candy, vinegar, cream and sugar are made at Shaver-Hill Maple's annual open house during NYS Maple Weekend, Mrch 22, 23, 29, and 30 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Join us for an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast til 3 p.m. Bring the whole family, there's something for everyone. Educational activities throughout the day feature horse-drawn wagon rides around the farm plus tubing and tapping seminars. Learn the difference in amber grades during our product sampling, and get started tapping your own trees with all the supplies you need from our equipment showroom.
