Easy Apple Tartlets

Ingredients:
1 Puff Pastry Sheet
5 Small Apples
1 tsp Lemon Zest
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 tsp Freshly Ground Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Pinch Salt

Directions:
Take the puff pastry sheet, out of the freezer and set on a cutting board to thaw. When softened, unfold the sheet. Cut along the score marks to make 3 long rectangular sheets. Then cut each of those rectangles into 3 squares. You should have 9 squares total. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Double Chocolate Zuchinni Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, lightly grease a 8 ½”” X 4 ½” loaf pan

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 Cup of Honey
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon backing powder
  • ½ teaspoon espresso powder (optional)
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1 2/3  cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups shredded, unpeeled zucchini, gently pressed
  • 1 ¼  cup chocolate chips, save ¼ cup for sprinkling on top of bread

  • 1/4 cup canning salt
