Weiss Ferments is a nano farm brewery and sourdough bread bakery with a focus on NY rye. Naturally leavened breads are baked in stone soled ovens. Hand crafted small batch beer utilizes 100% NY grains. Seasonal beer garden is open Fridays and Saturdays from 2-7pm.
