Weiss Ferments is a nano farm brewery and sourdough bread bakery with a focus on NY rye. Naturally leavened breads are baked in stone soled ovens. Hand crafted small batch beer utilizes 100% NY grains. Seasonal beer garden is open Fridays and Saturdays from 2-7pm. We can also be found at the Pakatakan Farmers Market on Saturdays and the Phoenicia Farmers Market on select Sundays. More at
