Ruby’s Hotel is an 1800s architectural gem, lovingly restored, and furnished with all the original fixtures. Chef/owner Ana Sporer, featured in the May 2008 Hudson Valley Magazine as one of the “Hot New Chefs” in the Valley, prepares her culinary delights using local purveyors and produce from her own organic garden. Ruby’s also features the Broderick Fine Art Gallery on premises.
