Magpies on Pink Street

I am the sole owner/operator of Magpies on Pink Street. These days, you can find me perfecting the ever-challenging art of pie crust-making, picking apples from generous neighbors’ trees, late-night taste-testing with pal chef Antonio mora, gabbing with friends over a table of bakes at the Delhi Farmer’s Market, and watching the seasons change on my morning walk. (I’m the girl with flour in her hair).

Because I’m a one-gal operation, pies aren’t available every day of the week. Pies are available on Saturdays at Wilson’s Bread + MAGPIES (pre-order is recommended, though I always make extras for walk-ins! ), every Wednesday at the Delhi Farmer’s Market mid May-October, at at a few shops in the area: HomeGoods of Margaretville, Good Cheap Food in Delhi, and Main Street Farm in Livingston Manor (fresh pies are delivered to retailers every Friday morning).
