The 607 CSA: A Food Sovereignty Project

The 607 CSA is a multi-farm, collaborative, whole-diet CSA celebrating the Catskills' tradition of small-scale family farming. In addition to our four collaborating vegetable farms who provide an abundant weekly or bi-weekly vegetable share, we offer season-long shares of pastured meat, eggs, dairy, and more.

We also offer 'a la carte' add-ons from more than 35 additional neighboring farms and food businesses, allowing you to customize your share weekly. You can also participate in our Food Justice Programs, which provide healthy food from our collaborating farms to underserved communities both upstate and down.

We believe that by participating in an economy of collaboration rather than scale, area farms can feed our communities while continuing to produce the most delicious food in New York State!
