Take an evening for yourself and join me in a grounding yin yoga practice followed with a meditation session focusing on the nature around us.
Yin Yoga focuses on finding the balance of ease and effort in the pose. We settle into each posture for longer periods of time until we find what is right for our body. Most poses are done on the ground so you can feel the support of the earth beneath you.
